Reservations - What you need:
Want to play on your own field with your own private referee? Grab nine friends and we'll get you all set up. Apocalypse Paintball offers private play reservations to groups of 10 players or more. By making a reservation and showing up with your 10 players, you will have a day on our professionally groomed fields, with you own private referee. Throughout the day you will change up fields and experience all that Apocalypse Paintball has to offer. As an additional bonus, for every 10 players you bring, one will get free field and free standard equipment rental. (Bring a group of 20, two people will reap the benefits). Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made for private play with groups of 10 players or more. You must provide a credit card number or check for $200.00. This will serve only as a deposit - the credit card will not be charged nor does the check get cashed unless NO ONE shows up to play for the specified reservation. You can cancel a reservation for private play up to 7 days prior to the date without any penalty. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the reserved date, the deposit is forfeited. You can opt to change the date of the reservation, less than 7 days before the specified date. If you reschedule, your credit card will be charged the $200.00 deposit. This amount will be credited to your group when you arrive on the rescheduled date with the amount of players you reserved. Reservations of 50+ players require a $500.00 non-refundable, cash deposit. Deposits are required to cover costs (if reservation is not kept) including staffing and supplies that were secured to accomodate the private play reservation.
